Variations Contest
At Chocolates á la Carte we realize that our customers create beautiful works of art everyday! To celebrate the talents within our industry we hosted a “Variations Contest”. The contest was held from March to April and was open to everyone! The only requirement was that the entry had to contain one of our Variation Products within the dessert. All entries were judged on creativity, use of the product and versatility of the presentation. With so many wonderful, creative designs…this was not an easy decision to make by the panel of judges. We would like to congratulate William Leonard of the Palace Hotel in New York on having the winning entry. At Chocolates á la Carte we love to see what our customers create! We understand that it is the creativity and talent of the chefs behind these masterpieces. It is an honor for us to have our products help serve as a foundation for these desserts.
